SecureEZSetup™
Installing a Wi-Fi network and setting-up security features can be confusing to consumers with no previous knowledge of networking terms and protocols. To eliminate the hassles of network configuration, Broadcom® has developed SecureEZSetup™, a unique set-up wizard that simplifies network installation and automates configuration of all 54g™-based PCs, adapters and routers. Whereas typical wireless LAN set-up requires a user to manually enter at least four settings on each device, SecureEZSetup™ automatically sets the Service Set Identifier (SSID) and eliminates complex access point configuration — allowing even novice Wi-Fi users to complete network set-up with a few simple clicks.
