XS Engineering offers a 10 day return policy on selected items based on manufacturer return policies. All non-defective returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee of the purchase price of the product. All returned items must be in original condition with all packing materials, including instructions and manuals, accompanied by sales invoice. Warranty policies differ by manufacturer.

All products that are returned to XS Engineering for return or warranty must have a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Do not return or ship any products unless a RMA number is assigned. No returns will be accepted without a RMA number.

Please call XS Engineering to obtain a RMA number before shipping your product and have the following information on hand when calling for a RMA number:

1. Customer Name
   
2. Invoice Number
   
3. Manufacturer's Part Number
   
4. Reason for Return / Nature of Problem

After receiving a RMA number, make sure the product being returned is packaged sufficiently and write the RMA number on the outside of the box being shipped so that it is visible. Do not write the RMA number directly on the product or original packaging. Products being returned must be in original condition. Please include a packing slip with reason for return or nature of problem for warranties. Packages must be shipped to XS Engineering with freight charges PREPAID. XS Engineering will not accept any packages that are sent FREIGHT COLLECT. Failure to follow these instructions will delay processing.

When calling to check on the status of a return or warranty, refer to the RMA number given to you. Please remember that warranty policies and turnaround time for warranties differ by manufacturer.
