HOW DO I BECOME AN AUTHORIZED XS ENGINEERING
DEALER?
A: Call us at (714) 698-8300, and
let one of our sales representatives know that you are interested
in becoming a dealer. We will ask you for the Company Name,
Phone Number, Fax Number, E-Mail Address, and Your Name. You
will receive a Dealer Application within one business day
either by fax or e-mail. Once we receive the Application back
with all the necessary information, it will be reviewed. Upon
approval, we will send out a CD which has price sheets and
pictures of all of our products as well as information on
the other lines we carry (if you do not have a computer, please
let us know). However, you will not be assigned an account
number until we receive your first Purchase Order.

AS A DEALER, WHAT KIND OF TECH SUPPORT
CAN I EXPECT FROM XS?
A: Our helpful and knowledgeable
Tech Department is one of the best in the industry. As long
as the part that you need assistance with was purchased from
us, our tech staff will be available to you between 10:00
AM and 5:00 PM PST, Monday through Friday. Please have the
original Invoice Number available. Our staff will not be able
to help you without the Invoice Number.

HOW CAN I HAVE XS BUILD CUSTOM TURBOCHARGERS
FOR ME?
A: Included in your Dealer Application
packet is a Turbocharger Sizing Data Sheet. Please fill it
out completely and fax it to us. A sales representative will
contact you and work out details with you over the phone.

CAN I MAKE A VERBAL PHONE ORDER?
A: No. All orders must be faxed
in or e-mailed on a Purchase Order. No orders will be taken
over the phone. Any changes or cancellations must also be
made in writing. If you do not have a Purchase Order Form,
a standard form is included in the Dealer Application packet.

HOW CAN I ENSURE THAT I GET PRODUCTS
THAT ARE LIMITED? (i.e. AFC or V-AFC)
A: On limited-quantity items, the
easiest way would be for you to place a backorder. We fill
all backorders on a first come, first serve basis.

WILL YOU ACCEPT COMPANY CHECK?
A: No. We accept money orders, cashier's
checks, or credit cards (there is an additional non-cash price
applied to all credit card sales).

DO YOU OFFER DROP-SHIPMENTS?
A: Yes, but there is a Drop Ship
Fee of $10, and all Drop Shipments must be prepaid. For our
dealers outside California, WE WILL NOT DROP SHIP TO CALIFORNIA
because of Sales Tax related laws

DOES XS ENGINEERING SELL ACCESSORIES?
A: No. XS Engineering deals only
with performance oriented parts.
