XS Engineering intercooler systems utilize our Power I/C series intercoolers. This means you get high efficiency, high quality, and aggressive looks all at a reasonable price. Much like Japanese intercoolers, Power I/Cs utilize tube and fin construction for the ultimate in performance. Tube and fin construction has proven itself in almost every automotive racing arena from LeMans to import drag racing.

All XS Engineering intercooler systems use thin-walled steel tubing to minimize weight and are powder coated not only for corrosion resistance, but also to enhance the appearance of your engine compartment (chrome is optional). All tubes are mandrel bent and are sized correctly for your particular application. Silicone connectors are used for thermal resistance and stainless steel clamps are included with every Power I/C system. On transitions where engine torque can tear a hose or deform a pipe, hump hoses are used so your XS Engineering Power I/C. Pipes are completely bracketed where necessary so there are no irritating noises from pipes hitting other parts. All this equals allows your engine to make maximum power for years to come.
