XS Engineering, Inc. opened in October 1996. Finding the lack
of knowledgeable tuning shops and many gaps in the larger manufacturer's
product lines for import vehicles, we opened our doors to perform
professional engine and chassis tuning, complete car preparation
for high performance street and race cars, and light manufacturing.
Originally located in a 1600 square foot facility, our reputation
quickly allowed us to move into a 7000 square foot facility
in only 6 months after opening our doors. In May 2002, after
being established for nearly 6 years, we now reside in a 19,000
square foot facility in Huntington Beach, Califronia.
Our tuners, mechanics, and technicians all have extensive
experience with import vehicles and engines. Because of this,
we are able to offer the nation's most knowledgeable staff
to perform services for you and your vehicle. All of our knowledge
and experience goes into each turbocharger we design and sell,
each turbo and intercooler system we design, each car we build,
and all of our workmanship. Our technical staff is so knowledgeable
that magazine editors, race series sanctioning bodies, and
manufacturers are constantly consulting with us. Our R&D
department now boasts a 2WD 1200hp Dynojet chasiss dynamometer,
a 4WD 1500hp DTS chassis dynamometer, and a Superflow flow
bench to name a few tools we have at our disposal. By the
end of 2002, we will also have a DTS engine dynamometer to
allow us to easier execute our engine development programs.
Currently, we have expanded our operations to include the
sales and wholesale distribution of our own parts and other
manufacturer's parts. However, we only sell parts that we
use so you can be sure that any parts available in our showroom
and warehouse are quality products. If you take a look at
our own race cars and project cars, you will ONLY see products
that we offer being used. In other words, we use only what
we sell.
